Shipping & Returns


Ready-made items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days (sometimes it may be a little longer, as I am based on a rural property). Custom order dispatch times vary and will be advised upon order confirmation.

All shipping is tracked, including for international orders. Below is a list of standard shipping costs for orders under 500g in Australian Dollars. Note that this means the cost is a lot less if you are paying in US or UK dollars. If your country is not listed as a shipping option upon checkout, please contact me here.

  • Australia: $9.95 ($4 for letter sized items)

  • New Zealand: $21.95

  • Asia & the Pacific: $23.95

  • United States & Canada: $25.95

  • United Kingdom, Ireland & major Europe: $30.95

  • Rest of world: $36.95

Shipping times vary, dependent on destination location and shipping option chosen. As a general guide:

  • Domestic standard: 1-10 business days

  • Domestic Express: 1-4 business days

  • International Standard: 8+ business days

  • International Express: 6+ business days

Local Pickup

If you’re local to me, you’re more than welcome to arrange pickup to save on shipping costs. The studio is not open to the public at this time, however the following methods of pickup can be arranged:

  • Fortnightly collection at Nambucca Heads - this is usually on a Thursday between 12pm and 3pm.

  • Order collection at upcoming market listed on the Markets & Events page

Use code ‘LOCALPICKUP’ at checkout to remove the shipping costs. Once your order has been processed, I will be in contact to arrange a suitable day/time for collection.

Collection days and times are subject to change. If you use the local pickup code on your order and we are then unable to agree on a suitable collection date/time, you will be sent an invoice to pay the shipping costs.

Exchanges, Refunds and Returns

I do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, so please choose your items carefully. If you make an error during the ordering process, please email me immediately as I may be able to adjust your order before shipment.

All orders are packaged up securely and I have never had a breakage yet! However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact me within five (5) business days. All products are handmade and unique, therefore I cannot offer an exact replacement. I may offer you a similar item as replacement or a refund. For a replacement or refund to occur, I may request photos of the damaged item and I will require the damaged product to be returned (postage paid by me), as this helps me understand what might have gone wrong and how to improve shipping next time.

If you are unhappy with my products for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can try and turn that frown upside down!
